Facilities Administrator

Temporary Facilicites Administrator, Belfast, £13.00ph, Weekly pay

We are recruiting for a motivated and experienced Facilities Administrator for our Student Accommodation client based Belfast BT15.

You will be supporting the successful facilities team where your daily duties will include:

• Logging maintenance requests and issues onto the system.
• Keeping up to date with compliance and health and safety procedures.
• Oversee CRM systems.
• Raising PO’s and invoices.
• End of tenancy processes.
• Updating and managing live maintenance tasks.
• Managing the repairs inbox.

The ideal candidate:

• Ideally have proven facilities and/or property admin experience.
• Basic health and safety knowledge.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Can work flexible shifts including weekends where required.
• Strong organisational skills.
